A solid brass carpet trim available in 10 finishes, part of a range of flooring trims which is considered the best on the market.
Perfect for use as a carpet edge for a matwell, for example, it adds an elegant finishing touch to your flooring.

Square Edge Carpet Trim
The Premier Square Edge Carpet Trim is a product suitable for use as an attractive carpet edge when the carpet is butted up to a tile, coir matting, wood or stone floor.
In these situations, the Square Edge Carpet Trim will give you an attractive, clean finish to your flooring.
However, it is NOT suitable for all carpet to tile transitions, especially if you need to cover the edge of the tiles, if they have been cut, for example, or if the tiles are much higher than the carpet (please call or email for advice if you are unsure)

- Choice of length: 90cm (36″), 180 (71″) and 270cm (106″)
Fitting
If you have a higher tile or surface to meet, then placing our plywood strips (free with each order) under the trim will raise it up and give you a better finish (as per images above)

Ordering And Delivery
Spend £75 for free delivery
For orders under £75 our delivery charge is £9.98, this is due to the fact that we use thick boxes and tubes to secure your trims, we also attached a timber batten to the longer parcels to help prevent them from damage, these precautions result in a slightly higher shipping price.
Delivery is normally 3-5 working days, however it can take 7-10 working day during busy periods
If the delivery date is critical, please contact us for an estimated delivery date.
Care and Maintenance
Brass
Remove spills immediately to limit corrosion with white vinegar. Brass will tarnish over time and we recommend a polishing cloth such as HG copper shine cloth available from most DIY stores. Avoid contact with floor coverings.
Should corrosion appear, we use this finishing pad, Mirka Total Finishing pad P1500 (grey). Rub the area to remove contamination and buff up with HG copper shine cloth.
Satin Brass
Remove spills immediately to limit corrosion with white vinegar. Brass will tarnish over time and we recommend a polishing cloth such as HG copper shine cloth available from most DIY stores. Avoid contact with floor coverings.
Should corrosion appear, we use this finishing pad, Mirka Total Finishing pad P1500 (grey). Rub the area to remove contamination and buff up with HG copper shine cloth.
Antique Bronze
Remove spills immediately to limit corrosion with white vinegar. Brass will tarnish over time and we recommend a polishing cloth such as HG copper shine cloth available from most DIY stores. Avoid contact with floor coverings.
Should corrosion appear, we use this finishing pad, Mirka Total Finishing pad P1500 (grey). Rub the area to remove contamination and buff up with HG copper shine cloth. This may go down to the solid brass base however over time the ‘rubbed’ lighter area will tarnish/blend into the antique finish.
Antique Brass

No maintenance required.

Delivery
Our door bars are hand finished to order, therefore production and delivery normally takes 3-5 working days, but can take 7-10 working days during busy periods.
Courier charges
Please note: Our trims are heavy and well packaged, plus the parcels are long, this means we are unable to send the trims with the cheaper carriers.

Returns
Returns are excepted within 30 days of delivery only, any returns over 30 days will not be accepted. (Returns must be tracked in case proof of return is required)
**IMPORTANT** When returning trims in their original packaging, please ensure that you put extra packaging tape around the end caps of the tubes to prevent the caps from coming off and trims sliding out. We have had many instances where this has happened, we are unable to claim for this from the carrier, and we are unable to refund trims which do not make it back to us
The buyer is liable for the return postage charges, unless the return is due to damage or the wrong goods have been sent
Returns charges can be expensive when dealing with long and heavy flooring trims, we suggest getting advice from our flooring experts or ordering a free sample before purchase if you are unsure of colours and sizes

Faulty/Damaged Goods
Customers must check deliveries for damage, if damage is clear and substantial, delivery should be refused.
If damage is discovered after an order has been unpacked images should be taken and immediately sent to sales@qualitycarpettrims.co.uk
Faulty or damaged goods should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Faulty or damaged goods will either be replaced or refunded as agreed
Grace Matthews trading as Quality Carpet Trims will pay any postage costs related to returning or replacing faulty or damaged goods.
In some cases we may kindly ask you to dispose of damaged or faulty goods
