Our door bars are hand-finished to order, therefore production and delivery normally takes 3-5 working days, but can take 7-10 working days during busy periods.

Returns are excepted within 30 days of delivery only, any returns over 30 days will not be accepted. (Returns must be tracked in case proof of return is required)

**IMPORTANT** When returning trims in their original packaging, please ensure that you put extra packaging tape around the end caps of the tubes to prevent the caps from coming off and trims sliding out. We have had many instances where this has happened, we are unable to claim for this from the carrier, and we are unable to refund trims which do not make it back to us.

The buyer is liable for the return postage charges, unless the return is due to damage or the wrong goods have been sent

Returns charges can be expensive when dealing with long and heavy flooring trims, we suggest getting advice from our flooring experts or ordering a free sample before purchase if you are unsure of colours and sizes

Faulty/Damaged Goods

Customers must check deliveries for damage, if damage is clear and substantial, delivery should be refused.

If damage is discovered after an order has been unpacked images should be taken and immediately sent to

Faulty or damaged goods should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Faulty or damaged goods will either be replaced or refunded as agreed

Grace Matthews trading as Quality Carpet Trims will pay any postage costs related to returning or replacing faulty or damaged goods.

In some cases we may kindly ask you to dispose of damaged or faulty goods
